Dear Kaya Chief,
This has refn to my 1st ever experience of doing a facial in my entire life*. I have seen some glaring Omission in your delivery.
For your facial procedures like Vit C Lumi etc , I am surprised that ears are not part of the face. Look at anyone or their pics their ears are part of their face. Surprised why you have omitted treating just this 10 percent more skin coverage viz the ears. Guess all your clients will have nice faces with darker and less treated ears...do you see the common sense in this. It sometimes takes a first timer like me to see some simple logical ommisions, may be un intentionally. I wld await your response.

Please take a feedback from your lady at HSR layout 27 th Main branch, who attended to me-- *as to how my facial skin quality was. The entire 1 hour process could not improve upon this. I wish I shld have taken two pics - Before and After, to prove this point.
As for the Doctor and the lady who treated my skin both were very good in what they do.

I had a great experience at Kaya Skin Clinic. Took MNRF treatment and chemical peel – both worked really well. My skin feels more refreshed. Dr. Gagana was amazing – very professional and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The treatments were personalized to my skin type. Clinic is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
