I had a great experience at this clinic and location. The staff was very friendly, prompt and professional. I received the LHR services from Shireen, and she was very professional and attentive towards my treatment. She followed all the hygiene and safety protocols, explained the procedures really well, and was very friendly and polite. she explained all the steps patiently and also gave me a heads up on what to expect before every step.
The only feedback is that the clinic staff was trying to really sell their aftercare Gel product and kept saying it’s essential and something I can’t skip. But they ran out of it, after which they changed their stance and said you will be absolutely fine without it and just use moisturizer they gave me. I felt a little deceived by that information.
