I had initially chosen VLCC for my hair laser removal treatment and paid a good amount, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Later, I decided to undergo the treatment again this time with Kaya skin clinic gurgaon galleria branch , and the experience was completely different.
The team at galleria is highly professional, well-trained specially Natasha, Chanda , Shweta and Simran.They follow a proper step-by-step process, which sets them apart. After my poor experience with other fraudulent services, I was honestly scared to trust another clinic. But Kaya proved me wrong and restored my confidence with their excellent care and results. Truly happy with my decision to choose them! 💕🙌

Opting for laser hair removal treatment from kaya skin clinic galleria branch was one of the best financial decision I made on myself. The staff is extremely experienced and humble. By far I have had 3 sessions and I can vouch that each experience was completely smooth. They take proper time in completing the sessions and they never rush even when the time u booked is over. Not just the treatment but they are highly attentive to after treatment queries and concerns. They are always available. You got a doubt, call them and they will always respond. It's not like service done and it's over.

As Simran has returned im very satisfied with my sessions. Had my laser sessions done quite a few times. Staff is very cooperative and Simran was regularly confirming that I was comfortable at every step of the session. Moreover each and everything was done while maintaining proper hygiene.
