I highly recommend Gai for facel . She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely skilled at what she does. From my very first session, she made me feel completely at ease—explaining the process clearly and taking the time to answer all my questions.
Her attention to detail and level of care during each treatment are exceptional. I always feel like I’m in the best hands, and the results speak for themselves—I’ve already noticed a significant difference!

This is a genuine review from a satisfied client who truly appreciates Kaya’s services and its employees. I have been taking laser sessions at Kaya for the past 2.5 years. So far, the reduction therapy has been going really well—I’ve completed more than 60 sessions. When I first joined Kaya, I honestly believed (based on reviews) that it would be almost magical, and within just a few sessions I’d have flawless, hair-free skin.
But let’s be clear hair growth depends a lot on hormones, lifestyle, and skin texture. For some people, results come faster, but in my case, since I have PCOS, it took more time. With patience and consistency, I’ve seen great changes: my body hair has reduced significantly, it has become thinner, and now my growth appears only in small patches.
Throughout my journey, Dr. Aman has provided excellent consultations whenever needed, and I must especially mention Jaspreet, the therapist at Kaya, who has been absolutely wonderful. She not only manages my sessions and appointments with great care, but also ensures that the laser energy level is perfectly suited to my sensitive skin. She has guided me at every stage with patience and precision. What I appreciate the most is that at Kaya, both the therapist and the doctors discuss each sessions, before and after, which truly makes you feel valued as a client.
Another very important factor is the hygiene of the clinic—it is always neat and clean. The staff takes excellent care of sanitization, which gives me confidence in their services.
I have tried patch tests at many clinics, but Kaya has truly been the best in terms of results, professionalism, and overall experience.
