As a long-time customer of Kaya, I can confidently say that the HRBR Layout centre is one of the best in Bengaluru. My past experiences at other centres haven’t always been great, especially with long waiting times despite having appointments and a generally rushed approach.
However, this HRBR centre is a complete contrast. They are punctual, well-organized, and ensure that customers are not kept waiting due to ad-hoc bookings. The overall experience here feels calm, professional, and very customer-focused.
This was my second visit to the HRBR clinic, and I’m truly impressed. A special mention to Priya for making my visits so pleasant—her professionalism, attentiveness, and the way she handles customers is highly commendable.
Highly recommend this centre for a smooth and hassle-free experience!
