Kqvitha has been doing my laser hair reduction and I’ve just finished 4 sessions with her. She’s is vey professional but also incredibly polite and caring. I've been visiting Kaya Phoenix Bengaluru for four years now , I went there for acne treatment and they were excellent! With the help of Q switch and chemical peels they were able to clear my acne issue within a year and now I use their facial service and the results are phenomenal!

I recently shifted to Bangalore and started my laser hair removal sessions here, after previously going to the Vadodara, Gujarat branch. The treatment itself is good, but the service at this clinic is disappointing. Even with appointments booked 15 days in advance, I end up waiting at least 40 minutes every time. There are no basic facilities like water, proper ventilation, or even Kaya tea, which used to be a specialty at other branches. I wasn’t even offered water, though I noticed some well-dressed clients being served. Overall, the treatment is fine but the service here really needs improvement.

The whole team made me feel so at ease.
Starting from the Manager Shikha, who ensured all my concerns were heard and addressed.
I was then guided to the in house Dr, who made sure the right advice and rationale for the treatment was given.I was recommended the Aerolase Treatment to help with my pigmentation and skin tone management. I love the fact that Kaya is the only clinic to have this treatment in India!
