The shift was palpable and profoundly impactful. From the moment the process began until its conclusion, everything unfolded with an exemplary degree of professionalism. There was a noticeable absence of the dismissive attitudes or condescending glances that had marred my previous experience. Instead, I was met with respect, understanding, and a clear commitment to providing a smooth and positive journey. Kaveri's approach single-handedly transformed what could have been another anxiety-ridden ordeal into a surprisingly pleasant and exceptionally professional encounter. Her calm and competent presence made all the difference, erasing the shadows of past discomfort and replacing them with a newfound sense of confidence and trust in the process.

I had an initial consultation with Dr. Poongundran and had a very pleasant experience. He made sure I felt comfortable and safe and was very mindful of my skin concerns. The Kaya therapist attending to me was Kaveri. She was such a sweetheart, often checking up on me and asking me if I felt comfy!
