The therapist, Dhanalakshmi, assisted me very well. She was polite and friendly, and explained each step of the process clearly. She assured me that I would not be afraid of the procedure and helped me a lot in keeping the session smooth. Although the laser treatment was quite painful, she guided me through it with care and she did it completely painless kudoos!
I had my first session in a different city, where the procedure was harsh and done in a minute. The therapist there did not explain anything to me, and the laser procedure itself was conducted in a way that caused significant pain. I believed that the laser would be like this till I did the therapy here. Therapist Dhanalakshmi proved me wrong and I'm quiet impressed 👍😁
