It’s been a long journey with Kaya. I started with laser hair reduction and was extremely happy with the amazing results. I later opted for skin treatments as well which were equally good. Overall my experience with Kaya Kukatpally has been fantastic.

am sharing my feedback as a very old Kaya client who has visited multiple branches over the years. After a long gap I recently visited the Kaya Kukatpally branch. I met Sangeeta clinic manager there and I was pleasantly surprised that she still remembered me. I didn’t feel like I was visiting an unknown place at all. She welcomed me warmly offered me a Kaya drink and genuinely asked about me and my mother. Her gentle and caring approach was truly remarkable.
Although I didn’t have a prior appointment and was short on time as I had to fly back she somehow managed to arrange a laser appointment for me which I really appreciated. The entire team is amazing and I will definitely prefer the Kukatpally branch for my future visits. The team took excellent care of me explained the post-treatment care clearly and even followed up the next day to check if I was comfortable after the treatment. The doctors were also very kind and attentive.
