Pathetic service with zero humanity, my appointment was at 6pm they asked me to come at 5:30, which I did even after completing my night shift, at 5:30 they tell me there is an emergency at doctor’s place so she is going home and my appointment was rescheduled on the next day at 12pm. So now I am sitting in the clinic and they tell me the doctor will come by 3pm.Just saying sorry forgot to inform you. I am travelling from Goregaon to Andheri just for this. What kind of service are you offering?
So then I am changing my review to 5 stars as I went to the clinic at 2:30pm and they treated me well. At the back end the Goregaon clinic was informed about the doctor’s unavailability and another doctor Miss Bhargawee from powai’s clinic was called in to fill in for the time yesterday only. She did my treatment very well and gave me good suggestions as well. The staff also apologised a hundred of times and were very nice. Thank you Miss Bhargawee and Miss Radhika for handling me and also providing a good treatment and I would also like to apologise on my behalf.
Conclusion: Good people to have trust in for any treatment.
