I chose Kaya Clinic Chembur for laser hair removal after trying other places that felt rushed. Big difference here.
Consultation was proper. They checked my skin and hair type first, explained how many sessions I’d need, and set real expectations. No “1 session and done” nonsense.
Pooja handled my sessions and she’s seriously the best staff member there. Laser can be intimidating if you’ve never done it, but she walked me through the machine, adjusted settings for my comfort, and kept checking “okay?” every few pulses. Her hand is so light, barely any discomfort. She also told me exactly what to avoid before/after each session — like no waxing, sunscreen is non-negotiable. That kind of detail matters.
I’ve completed 4 sessions so far. Hair growth is way thinner and slower. The patches I was most conscious about are almost clear now. No burns, no pigmentation, no ingrowns like I got with waxing. Skin feels smoother overall too.
Chembur branch is neat, machines look well-maintained, and they don’t overbook so you’re not waiting forever. Pricing was explained upfront with package options.
If you’re nervous about laser, ask for Pooja at Kaya Chembur. She makes it so much easier and actually cares about results. I’m booking my next sessions with her only.
Totally worth it.

I went to Kaya Clinic Chembur for skin whitening treatment and honestly it turned out better than I expected.
The whole process started with a proper skin analysis. Dr. took time to understand my skin type, concerns, and what results I could realistically expect. No false promises, which I really appreciated.
But the real star for me was Pooja, the staff there. She’s hands down the best. From the first session to the last, she made me feel so comfortable. She explained every step before doing it, checked on me during the treatment, and gave genuine aftercare tips instead of just pushing products. Her approach is super gentle and professional. You can tell she actually cares about results, not just appointments.
The skin whitening treatment itself: I did a series of sessions as suggested. There was zero downtime and no harsh reactions. My skin tone gradually became more even, the dullness reduced, and my complexion looks brighter now. It’s not an “overnight fairness cream” kind of result — it’s a healthy, natural glow that people have started noticing.
Clinic is clean, appointments run on time, and the staff at Chembur branch is really courteous. Billing is transparent too, no surprise charges.
