I had a wonderful experience with laser hair reduction therapy at Kaya Clinic, Malad (Infinity Mall). My technician, Poonam, was absolutely amazing at her work. She was extremely professional, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session.
Poonam explained the procedure clearly, checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable, and handled everything with great care and expertise. The session was smooth, hygienic, and very well managed.
I’m really happy with the service and the overall experience at this branch. A special thanks to Poonam for her excellent work and reassuring approach. I would definitely recommend Kaya Malad, Infinity Mall, to anyone considering laser hair reduction.
