I had an amazing experience at Kaya Clinic, Vile Parle East! I recently visited for a facial and hair treatment, and both services were absolutely fantastic.
A huge thank you to Ms. Sonali Yadav, the Kaya therapist who did my facial — she was simply wonderful! Her technique, patience, and gentle approach made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin felt instantly refreshed, clean, and glowing after the session. She truly knows how to make clients feel comfortable and cared for.
For my hair treatment, I was guided by Dr. Pooja, and I must say she is highly professional and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the procedure, understood my hair concerns, and suggested the best treatment plan. I could see visible results soon after the session — my hair felt much healthier, softer, and stronger.
The overall ambiance of the clinic was soothing, clean, and very well managed. The staff is courteous, and the service quality is top-notch.

Excellent service done in kaya i have laser removal they have all the advance machine in kaya and also the qswitch machine is very excellent I have got laser done out side kaya there was not result I was little worried that my money will not get waste again but after doing my 4 session in kaya I have got the desriable result I was very shock to see the result and also they have given the post care cream free with the package and also the qswitch worth 6k was free it was try and buy free I would highly recommended kaya vileaparle the front desk team is aswsome specially the clinic manger Swati she is very good at her work and higly professional
