Consultation was good and the staff was nice will guiding through the process however we were not informed that the type of laser hair removal treatment that was going to be used was Calendula and not IPL which we were used to, both of them were very different methods which caught us off guard and after the treatment my neck had some burn marks-I also had bumps on my face after the treatment however I was assured by the staff that my skin would go back to normal which it did however now there is a scar left on my neck.
