I have been taking services at Kaya for my skin concerns for quite some time. Earlier, I visited Kaya Pusa Road, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the guidance provided there. Despite multiple visits, I felt my concerns were not being addressed properly.
However, after switching to Kaya Rajouri Garden, my experience completely changed for the better.
Dr. Priya (hope I’m taking the name correctly) was extremely professional, sweet, and genuinely concerned about my skin issues. She explained my skin type in detail, what is required, and what is not required. Unlike other she did not try to upsell anything unnecessarily. Her consultation was honest, clear, and exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciate the transparency and the comfort she provided.
Today’s facial treatment was done by a wonderful aesthetician/therapist Ms. Gia (the sweet girl who attended me). She was very professional, knowledgeable, and confident at every step. She explained the routine, the process, what to follow, and when to follow in a very calm and clear manner. Her technique and communication were far better than what I experienced at Karol Bagh. She truly did justice to the service!
Definitely recommending this branch to anyone looking for honest and expert skincare advice. 💯🤍
