I visited this place twice for Laser Hair Removal: once for the trial sessions and once for the regular session (few more are pending). My experience so far is as mentioned below:
Likes:
1. Hygienic
2. Well trained, patient and friendly staff - 9/10
3. Safe for women
4. Worked really well for the underarms: 85% hair reduced after the first (trial) session
5. Customer friendly Timings
6. Car parking
Dislikes:
1. Trial sessions were not painful but actually sessions are (hurts 5x more than a tattoo in sensitive areas)
2. Shredding after first session was only 5% for the sensitive areas (awaiting second session’s result)
3. One of the after-care products was unsealed and used and was NOT replaced
4. Some of the products seem unnecessary and could be skipped to reduce the charges
Hoping to see better results with more sessions. I will share an updated review soon! :)

I had cosultation in kaya clinic koregaon park with Mr Prathamesh and he was superb with his counseling and suggested treatments according to my needs and Dr aarushi who performed the treatment is fab with her work. I was skeptical to go ahead with thermage treatment but she reassured and addressed my queries and made sure im comfortable throughout treatment.
Front desk team is excellent here in KP clinic they so attentive and customer centric also i would like to thank Richa and manasi for making experience wonderful.
